Register for the Page Band Golf Scramble
We are so excited for you to join us for the Page Band Golf Scramble! Here are some important details about registration.
You can register on your own or as a foursome. If you register on your own, we will happily set you up with a group of new friends for your foursome that day.
The cost of registration is $125 per person or $450 for a foursome.
Included in your registration are green fee, cart fee, goodie bag, range balls, mulligan package, and a chance to win great prizes. Dinner will also be provided.
You can register and pay online or print a registration form and mail in with a check.
All registrations must be received by Saturday, April 22, 2023.
