American Flag Service

Celebrate our beautiful nation and support your Marching Patriots with a subscription to our U.S. Flag Delivery Service! Enjoy the beauty of a 3' x 5' American flag placed in your yard by volunteer band families on five special days; the flag will be removed again that evening.

A yearly subscription costs $60 per year.

You can sign up anytime.  When you subscribe, your service will begin on the next flag holiday and continue for one year.  We request your donation be made at least one week before a holiday to begin service that holiday. (Please note, we are only able to distribute flags within the Page High School zone. )

NEW THIS YEAR! You can now choose to have your subscription automatically renew each year. You will be able to continue receiving your flag each year until you choose to cancel. If you would like to take advantage of this service, you will have the option to do so during the payment process.

There are two options for creating or renewing a flag subscription:

Option 1: Donate by Check

Print the Flag Service Form and mail the filled-out form and a check for $60.00 per flag subscription to:

Option 2: Donate Online Using PayPal or a Credit Card

  1. Fill out your information in the “Sign up or Renew” form below.

  2. Click the “Continue” button below to continue to your payment options.

  3. Decide whether you would like to subscribe for a single year or create an automatically renewing subscription, and click on the appropriate button on the payment page.

  4. Follow the instructions for the online payment using PayPal or a credit card.
